By using Fisher App ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Fisher App is a fishing companion for personal use. You may log catches, save fishing spots, identify fish, and view fishing forecasts.

Subscriptions

• Fisher App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) for premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.

AI Fish Identification

Fish identification results are generated by AI and may not be accurate. Do not rely on AI identification for safety decisions regarding poisonous or dangerous species.

Fishing Forecasts

Solunar and weather forecasts are provided for informational purposes only. Actual fishing conditions may vary. Always check local conditions and follow safety guidelines.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI identification or forecast data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
